Once your form is received, you will hear back from us within 24 hours M-F, if we receive your form Saturday or Sunday, we will get back to you by Monday.

Please note we are currently booked 2-4 weeks out for highlight appointments. However we do have a very fluid cancellation list and we recommend booking our first available and then request to be placed on our cancellation list.

We do require a credit card to finalize your booking. Note: your card will not be charged unless you breach our cancellation policy. Click here for our policies.

Recommended Services

Based on your current hair photos and inspiration photos, our team uses our best judgment to book you the appropriate services. Before your appointment we will consult with you fully to explain the process, timing, future appointments and service charges. Service charges may vary from appointment to appointment depending on your desired results after consulting with your stylist.

Current Wait Times

We are currently booking 2-4 weeks out for new guests. Our higher level specialists tend to book 6+ weeks.
We know this isn’t always ideal and we do also work with cancellation that is very fluid.

New Color Client

To ensure both you and your stylist are happy with the final outcome, we do not allow new clients who receives color service to leave with wet hair or to perform their own blowout.


There are two parking lots, Cavalier Drive (directly behind us) or Lindenwold Ave (Butler & Lindenwold Aves). The lots use a parking kiosk or for your convenience the FLOWBIRD app is available.

Parking is free from 12 -2 M – F and after 6pm daily.

CHILL appointments

Would you like to relax without chit-chat during your appointment? Or do you want to focus on work while we cut your hair? Chill appointments are just like regular appointments, but we will only talk with you during consultation about your service.

You’ll receive the same amazing service without feeling the need to fill the silence. You will have a thorough consultation prior to starting, do periodic check-ins to keep you briefed on the process, and ask for your input at the end to allow for adjustments and to confirm that you love your service. You can choose a silent appointment just once or twice, or request one every time!

We understand that not everyone wants to socialize during an appointment. Sometimes you may need a bit more peace in your day during a busy week. Regardless of your reason, there is no need to explain or feel apologetic. Your comfort is our priority.

To book simply select our Chill Appointment option on our booking or rebooking forms, you can also request our Chill Appointment option if you call or text for your appointment.
